The relationship between Chad and Ichigo is one of my Favorite in the show and the manga. The Strengh of their friendship is amazing.
He calls him Chad because he read his name tag wrong when they first met.

well according to the sidenote in the anime, the s sound in sado can also be pronounced ch as in chado...so according to the anime subbers(i think lunar at the time) must have known/thot that that was the way it is with that...but the ? is which do u prefer... *scratches head*...
