Well, personally I think he is too quick to jump to conclusions, and he dosen't give a **** about peoples feelings. Somehow I get the idea that that he dosen't like Ichigo, maybe because he invaded SS destroyed the execution thingy and did all that stuff....... I also get the feeling that some of the captains disagree with him on some things and some captains are dvoted to him completely(komamura?). Well everyone tell me what they think of him. I don't like him but he is freekishly strong(I mean look at his shikai, now imagine his bankai which is supposed to be about 10 times as strong as his shikai.)

I love Yamamoto. He doesn't hate Ichigo. He needs him for the war. Yamamoto would be a perfect match with Aizen. Lol

No lol. It's not a destructive bankai. What would be destructive is Kenpachi without eyepatch with bankai.

I dont even want to think about Kenpachi's bankai without his eyepatch, he is violent enough already. And how do you know that Yamamoto's Bankai isn't destructive, have you seen it in the games?

yamamoto is a lot wiser than kenpachi...he would prolly make all the smart moves while kenpachi would do something stupid...but he could just be a beast and get out of the predicament...
yamamoto prolly is head captain b/c he is wiser and ppl havent tried to overthrow him...i bet if someone did he might get owned and there would be a new head captain.
