THERE MIGHT BE SPECIFICS TO THE TOPIC OF THE WALLPAPER SO IF YOU WANT TO MAKE ONE IN ADVANCE, PLEASE DONT COMPLAIN THAT IT DOESNT FIT THE CRITERIA
EDIT!: THE SUBJECT WILL BE EITHER THE GOTEI 13 OR ANY CAPTAIN(S) OF THE GOTEI 13

attatch the original file, may it be photoshop PSD, or whatever u used...just so we can make sure that u r the one that has made it...so dont give out ur original to other ppl

dude ure gettin a bit 2 technical and givin ppl ideas lol...and plus the ppl that enter the contest are the ppl that show they do this stuff on a regular so i think urusai n the others dt bother wit checkin authinticity wit them...

well i mean...if u send the PSD file, and u open it with photoshop u can see all the different layers and effects that they used...if they copied it...the background would be the whole thing...
u can just tell...if u have the PSD...i think ur supposed to email it

If u send an eps file which is more user friendly. You can open it and see all the disparate parts.
