Tesla was about to finish Ichigo off so Kenpachi jumped into the shot and is blocking Tesla's hand in the back of him with his sword. Tesla talks some shit and Kenpachi says nothing just slashes once and Tesla falls down to the floor dead. Noitora gets pissed and tries to attack Kenpachi.

Hmm i wanna see a flashback of how Byakuya's wife died....I am guessing since than he has put his anger inside than showing it....( Rukia is the lil sister of Byakuya's wife, they were both in the shinigami world when he married her and she died in the shinigami world..dunno how though) Byakuya would prolly go berserk if he wouldnt have to keep in character as a damn snob LOL

I personally think so, because when Ichigo was in the real world and couldn't use his Bankai, it was just like he souldn't say it, so it is obviously hard for newly acquired bankai users to say it.  And whenever Byakuya says it, who has trained with his bamkai for a long time, it come out easily and quietly.

Well it's most likely that, but another thing is the spiritual pressure that is applied, Ichigo's reiatsu is crazy, heaps more than a captain's, if anyone remembers correctly. Well he's got more reiatsu than a captain, yet he cannot control all that reiatsu.
