Zanjitsu as cute as the lucky star version is you should really get an SOS Brigade one lol. Haruhi is great. Even if all the episodes are out of whack chronologically lol

Watching the episodes in the order of 1, 2, 3 is impossible, since the whole anime is chronologicaly outta whack

I think they have it chronologically in english on veoh...I know it's like 2,9,15,1, or something like that but I think the dub might have got it ok...it's really confusing if you watch it 1,2,3 cuz of it being chronologicaly messed up

yea but its funny, the animes only meant to make you laugh, nothing else, also theres a Pheonix Wright style part at the end of ep 8... my fave ep...

Also ep 9 is chronologically the last ep

http://www.piggymoo.com/themelancholyofharuhisuzumiya/ is a great site I found that lists them in chronological order on the bottom left of the nav bar...2, 3, 5, 10, 13, 14, 4, 7, 6, 8, 1, 12, 11, 9 is the correct order to watch them in...this site has the epsiodes broken into 2 parts, which I hate, but its not all that bad.

I couldn't answer your first question, I have no idea why they're out of order...you technically COULD watch them 1, 2, 3... and so on but you'd be highly confused. Watching them in the order I put in previous post (or just go to website I posted and follow the links on the bottom left which is same order) you'll follow along with the story just as if you were watching them 1, 2, 3...etc
