Since someone asked me how to do
rainbowand I'm here so show you a simple way to do this and basically how I did it so I don't have to tell you guys how to do a lot of the special effects in the shout box.
The code for the rainbow is:
[color=red]r[color=orange]a[color=yellow]i[color=green]n[color=blue]b[color=indigo]o[color=purple]w[/color]
Now this is just a shortened version that worked for some reason
Usually you would have to end each of the tags individually to make the tag work(a tag is the color in the brackets)
If you want a list of all the effects that you can get from the tags, the next time you make a post, click each of the icons above the smilies, and remember the tags that pop up(when you use the icons it automatically adds the end tag)(just as another side note, you can memorize the ways to make the smilies. You can make them in the shout box if you just type in what pops up when you click on the smiley in a post)
Now referring back to the code. The "r" is red because it is after the red color tag and the a is orange because the orange color tag cuts off the red color tag and so the a becomes orange. The same is true for the rest of the letters.
