Place your Espada!

Yes this gets placed here as spoilers are a high possibility for those not caught up with the manga.

OK here is the theory. We know by now (if you are up on the subs or manga)
that just being a Shinigami or espada isn't what makes one good or bad.
I think Aizen and Nell are proof of that.

Next we know that certain devisions attract certain personality types. SO
here is the thing... pick your espada and put them into a Gotei division.
It can be any espada, even the Privaron Espada.

An obvious example is:

Grimmjow~ 11th Division
why? because I think it's pretty obvious he has little to no loyalty to Aizen
he only follows him out of fear... for now. But he has that gotta fight mentality.
Yet he insists on a fair fight, as is obvious when he insists Ichigo be healed before they fight.
It is my opinion that he would fit into the 11th quite well.

Ulquiorra Schiffer 2nd Division
why? We seems to work well in secrecy
he relies more on his iron skin and hand to hand more then his Zanpukto
and his lack of emotions reminds me of pre cat fiight Soi Fon

It would be good once we saw all the Espada in action. For now I am keeping my eye out for Noitora, for some reason anyone who can take hits from Kenpachi could be very useful ally in battle. I also like the girl espada and Stark.

Yammi into 11th... he's similar to Ikkaku so why not?

Stark into the 11th aswell, he's lazy so the other squads wont want someone like that

very interesting topic but i think the ranks should go as strength+plus fighting skills
but gin ichimaru=1st best!! id just like to see him fight more to see what sup and more of his history
