I watched the Dub Anime...  The voices are really dry and its also imbroiled in the Bounto Arc. I'm surprised American veiwers like it. |

lol the bounto arc  American viewers like it because it's in English so they don't have to read subs at the bottom, and probably most have not seen the subs [yet] so they'll only see it in english... very sad for them. Though I don't get why they stay up late at night just to watch a horrible dub, when they can watch online anytime. |

but yes. i think that they dont have the japanse accent that owns all others

Well it goes by the saying that the original is always the best. American dubbers can't really project the correct and as perfect verbal emotion as Japanese voice actors can be as close to perfect. Plus the whole motion of people's lips was made for the japanese language.
Also, americans are too lazy to download/stream online lol

no its a lot easier...
when i go on youtube and see the comments that ppl say when i tell them about how subs r SOO much farhter and better they're all
"WELL U KNOW WHAT?! SOME PEOPLE WOULD RATHER FOCUS ON THE ANIMATION THAN READ SOME WORDS AT THE BOTTOM, SINCE THEY CAN WHEN THEY HAVE ENGLISH VOICES. AND WE'RE NOT IMPATIENT LIKE YOU!"
i think that these ppl cant read...at all almost...so they will go to dubs

Thats kind of a generalization.  I watch because I like Bleach... and I'm already up on all the subs anyway. And this is a crappy arc no matter the language. Honestly I really do not think the animators or actors put much effort into this since it's all filler. I'm kinda feeling the same about this last one too. Lotta cheese in these filler eps. I can't wait to get back the the actual storyline... though I understand the need to do these extra stories. |

And I agree with some of that statement, but the voice actors dont emote or inflect quite as much. It doesnt have the passion of the Sub.

All dubs I've seen have been seriously lacking compared to the Japanese version but it's to be expected. Original is always the best. Dragon ball has been the only dub I've really liked. Talking about the english voice of Ishida, it sounds like Ken from the second season of Digimon.

o and another thing...the voice actors that they pick to do the dubs r actually the most talented ones in terms of americans in anime terms...
so they re use a lot of voice acotrs thru out the different animes that get dubbed...
so chances r that they r both voiced by the same person

Those of you that are bashing Bleach English dubs are generalizing. I think the dub actors/actresses do an excellent job, and with that said agree that they may not be trying as hard (/being as serious), nor have as good writting/story to work with in the current Bount filler Arc. I like the English dubs, and will continue to watch them regardless of what is said on message boards like this. If you don't like the dubs don't watch them. When you go and insult the dubs you may be swaying people who have never seen the (Bleach) anime (but are contemplating tuning in) to never to give it a try, and that would be unfortunate. |

OK a kiss of defense for the dubs... Dark Lord is right too. I want to take this chance to encourage everyone who likes Anime or is new to it to check out the Bleach dubs. Especially if you don't like having to "read" your show. Yes... the originals are the best. However the Bleach Dubs are one of the better series that has ever been dubbed. Everyone has a preference, but no one should let the opinions of others keep them from trying new things.  |

that is true. when i did that talking on youtube i was just trying to tell the ppl watching the dub that they could watch the sub and get to the next episode...since they were all "i wanna know what happens next"
everyone says that but if u have NO other way to see, that is the ONLY time when u REALLY wanna see what happens...
so if ur up to date with the manga, then u r the ones who can say that u REALLY cant wait for the next chapter(or episode whatever)
