New Manga spoiler pics?

I was wondering if anyone can post pics of the manga chapters in here?  Or is there a certain place or certain person that post them?  I don't want to upload them if this is the wrong place and if there is always a certain member that does it.  Or even, the manga's (translated), can they be uploaded here on this forum, if so where, if the whole manga can't, can spoiler pics be upload?  I apologize if I sound like a newb, which I am here, but if everyone knows where to go to read the mangas, then I guess this post is pointless.  Either way, let me know.
