New Dragonball(Z) Live Action Movie

does anyone besides me think that making DB into a live action movie owuld totally kill all respect that we have for the anime? especially cuz they're making it in america and we know how we feel about americans and what they do to our fav animes...

2. Even though I'm an American (sadly) I would have to agree...when it comes to Anime's and American's voice acting/acting they just plain suck 90% of the time. . . imho (in my honest opinion) if you're going to make a live action anime, keep it in originating country.

Thats my 2 bits ^_^ Just because you're an American doesnt mean you have to stand up for sucky acting LOL if it blows, say so. No shame in that! (on a side no Urusai, please do try to watch the nation bashing..just cause we have 1 jacked up President doesn't make the rest of us bad  )

I watched all of the Dragonball in English, I never got into the japanese version.

I'm gonna have a lot of trouble with it b/c chris sabbat is a voice acting god, and without him their is no piccolo, vegeta, yamcha, ginyu force ect.. besides my curiosity will make me watch it even though it would probably be terrible

Wow, I had all but lost hope for that one, I'm not sure when I heard about it I think sometime during the Cell Games but, wow...

As for the actor playing Goku, yeah...

Plus I would have to agree that it would be better as a Japanese Film due to it's origion, only if it was aired in America as a sub not a dub, live action dubs suck, I'm pretty sure that can be agreed upon.

Anyhow, thanks for doing the research, even finding the lead character!

well if there is a high demand for the movie then they would get more $ to make it better...but they can still mess it up...
