Ok, i'll just post Airear's background, through first person.

The day was like any other day, endless night, a sort he always liked, the weather, unchanging continued for the next 3 days, I was soaring over the deserts for three days, without seeing a single fellow Hollow. I stopped at a circle of Adjucha on my 4th day, they were honoured to see me, a Vasto Lord before them, they were proud, and they consumed others in groups, i myself had no intention of consuming them, rather, i wanted to rally them as my own comrades.

Endless night made it hard to tell how long time has passed, but we consumed countless other adjuchas together, i myself started to notice a weakening in my flight, this thought made me panic, then a man with a broken hollow mask appeared behind me, "oh, a vasto Lord, would you please come with me?", his voice like ice, filled with a fearless power, peirced and entranced me, i followed him with all speed, until we came across a ruined castle, we landed in there, then before i knew it, it was darkness.

I woke up, i looked at myself, a human form, how strange, because i thought i would weaken, but it was on the contrary, instead i strengthened, my speed was beyond those of before, my control over the wind was flawless, I was INVINCIBLE!.

Which one? Airear was nothing but a wandering Vasto Lord.

Anyways, heres one of a third person view, Recelo.

"What do you mean he got away?!", the yell was twisted with rage.
"Recelo sir, he was a speed type...", replied the adjucha.
"AARH! I'LL GET HIM MYSELF!", Recelo screamed with emotionless eyes, only his mouth changed, his black cloak streaming behind him as he sped off.
"is Recelo-sama going to be alright?", asked a snake-like adjucha.
"yes, he'll be alright, its just that he's nearly a vasto lord", said another.
Recelo caught up with the runaway meal, it was in sight, he'd been following for a few minutes, until he managed to scythe it in the back, hacking at its flesh, the flesh soon rotted, and he couldnt go anywhere due to the wound being on his left leg, after a time the adjucha was consumed. He felt stronger now, and then he saw an Adjucha, it was soaring in the sky, then swooped down to Recelo, he simply got ready to slash, but a black beam shot it down and disintegrated it, Recelo looked to where the beam came from.
"WHAT DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING?!", Recelo screamed in rage, but the 6 arrancar just stood there.
"come, i shall make you stronger", these simple words were used in such a simple matter, but the talker knew what tone to use, he used the right one.

And then Recelo's now a Arrancar, how? since Hyougyoku doesnt exist in this, you wonder how they became arrancar...

Explanation: Dios the leader of all the espada, learned how to make Arrancar, you can saw he is the Hyougyoku in arrancar form

Heres a set of Espada i made for a Bleach RP i opened in this other Forums, i think its quite good, just the people arent as active.

Anyways, the Espada 1 is a player, so i wont put up the info.

2 Airear-Viento
Male, uses a sword
Arrancar, abilities are wind control, can sharpen them, blunten them, harden them, in released has the ability to send thunder through the wind, released appearance, a pheonix
He's moraly the Ulquiorra of the bunch
His hair is dark green, his eyes are gold, his green hair goes down to his elbows, his face continually gives a solid expression, average height, his mask is a bird's eye, it hangs from the right side of his hair, average build

3 Lanza-Cabellero
Male, uses a spear
Can shoot beams of light, make light spears and light weapons, released appearance is knights armour
Honourable, obedient... think of a knight
Tall, his mask is the top of a knight's helm, it sits upon his head, his face gives a solid and strong expression, his hair is short, his body is bulging with muscles, eye colour blue, and hair colour blonde, powerful build

4 Trueno-Centella
Male, uses a sword with a jagged blade to imitate a thunder strike
has the ability to throw blasts of lighting just like Cero, except these blasts are stronger and faster than Cero, and has a lightning bolt shot that goes much much faster than Bela, Released appearance, a thundery wolf
Lazy, but when he's in danger, that doesnt exist
his hair is blue, just like Grimmjaw's hairstyle in his released, but darker blue, his eyes give a lazy expression, his eyes are lightning blue, average height, mask is jaw mask just like Grimmjaw, fit build

5 Fuego-Bengella
male, Knuckles, small but has claws coming out
Shoots blasts of fire like a gattling gun, also a flamethrower and can spout lava from the ground, released appearance, a flaming lizard
Maniacal, like Grimmjaw's
His hair is long in a ponytail going straight to his waist, his eyes continually give the expression just like Grimmjaw's, his height is under average, his eyes are fiery red, his hair, ginger (now's your chance Ray!!) his mask is a side of a lizard's face, it sits on his left cheek, fit build

6 Recelo-Muerte
male, Scythe
does long ranged blasts that cause decay over time, also when the scythe hits, it decays that place so it is unable to move until Recelo has been defeated, released appearance is a sort of skull mask with a hood and his scythe
Bent on killing... psycho
His hair is purple and long till halfway to his elbows, its not smooth hair, his eyes are like L's from Deathnote, but are black, his mask is a sort of skull jaw hanging from his chin, normal build

7 Destellos-Rodaja
Male,  english Longsword
Is able to run at speeds beyond Ichigo's Bankai, and can slice areas with the simple flick of his finger, apperance, a cheetah
Has a calm attitude, a top strategist
His mask is a cheetah's ear, hanging from his right ear, his hair is coloured silver, his eyes are yellow, his height is average, his expression is calm, normal build

8 Lampara-Umbrio
Male, Arm blade
Can darken areas so nothing can be seen heard or smelt, much like Tousen's bankai, but this one chooses places instead of the whole area, also if they stay in that darkness too long, they will begin to deterriorate, but if he uses it in too many places, the darkness will distinguish, appearance, Bat
Quiet, and seems like he knows everything
His hair is black, his eyes gold, his hair is ichigo's hairstyle, his mask hangs as a fang from the right side of his mouth, his height, small, his expression is like Hitsugaya's, kid's build

9 Guerro-Corte
male, BIIIIG sword
Can create swords out of thin air, for example can create it inside them, has a tell tale sign of this create by his glowing finger, appearance, a tall man with swords layed all around
A strong and battle loving personality
His hair is long a lttle past his waist, his mask is basically a jaw mask, his height, over average, his eyes are pupiless, his hair is colored white, normal build

10 Fundir-Hielo
Female, Staff
Shoots water blasts which freeze on will, also can create spires of ice form the ground, appearance, shark.
has a sort of cheerful and playful personality
REEEAAALLY hot, long blue vibrant hair going past her waist, her size is average height, her build isnt so big, her face gives off a cheery expression, her eyes are coloured green.

Okies, i'll look into until the 10 Espada came.

Airear was alone, with only the grand master Dios, he served him, but in due time, a few arrancar were created, but Dios made them Espada... temporarily, he turned them into Numeros when worthy subordinates came. 1st came Hakeo, after Airear, then soon came Fundir, after a few lit up days with Fundir, Lampara came along, darkening the atmosphere, soon after a few days of a smart talkign kid, Lanza was able to get along with him, and silence him, soon the psychotic Recelo came, hungering for power, Guerro then came, Airear didnt mind his attitude at all, but was only annoyed at the foolishness of thinking battle is a game, but then came Fuego, whom was able to understand Guerro, Airear started to become extremely comforted by this, after a bit the Espada came to fruition.

*First person*
It was a sunny day in Soul Society, the shinigami gave no resistance, they probably were, but we or i couldnt feel it, their futile attempts with their demon magic did nothing to our master's Oscuro Claro, the attack devastated any attempts of overpowering our Cero's. The day ended with the whole of Rukongai belonging to the hollows, we got stronger from the souls in the area, they were tasteless, nothign compared to a shinigami's soul, Fuego and his friend Guerro were eager to invade Sereitei, they wanted to go in there single handedly, but Dios stopped them, the captains was what he feared most, Dios feared to lose his Espada to them and come here only to find naught. The next day, the Sekki Stone gates were destroyed by mere Ceros, Espada leveled Ceros, in there i met in battle with 2 captains, i killed one, named Captain Muramasa, the 2nd whom i fought was his brother, he couldnt do anything to fight back, his name was Captain Murasame, he got away into the real world, Dios said not to bother to fight him. After the whole day, Sereitei was ours, Soukyoku Hill had been set up as a portal, i made it, out of the wind around us, i made it.
 The next day went by as fellow hollows and arrancar ate all the remaining shinigami, Master Dios soon told us to go back to Hueco Mundo, to the new castle made for us, named Irrompible, Irrompible wasnt so bad, the walls were able to absorb large amounts of Cero at an Espada level, but could be cut through by Master's Oscuro Claro, but soon after finding our rooms, a resistance was made in the real world, Dios however saw this coming, long before our invasion on Soul Society, he told me personally and privately, that I myself, created this unknowingly, he said it was created by the old captain, named Murasame.

Anyways that ends it there, thats where the RP'll start.
