LA Fey, this is totally original character design. Larger piece on 19x24 inch Bristol with .7 mechanical pencil, soft graphite and ebony with some clean up in CS.

LOL Thanks! Was fun too, I like her. I see her in full color in my head.... hopefully by the years end I'll have time to color this one. The hardcopy is really cool looking... loses a bit having to be squeezed down for web display.

It looks wicked but it seems like the hole or jewelry to the right of her chin is a little off somehow.

I guess it's kinda looking like an optical illusion. Those are not "holes" they protrude... think more like a breathing mask or filter. Some of the shading didn't scan well and I wanted to keep from doing to much with it in Photoshop to keep it as true to the hand work as possible. When I prep it for prints I'll enhance it a bit using the computer. LOL You guys get to see it before I make it look all perfect.  Wink

u under stated wen u said it "loses a bit..." i mean the intensity from my pov wen i checked out the fullsize was really tuff man...i like it and it seems like ure poping out drawings more often now...keep it up
