remove watch? and replace = with /

or you can get the wright URL from youtube page of the video in the embed textbox

no particular skills really, just creating contests with the rules, prizes and all those things, monitoring the thread, answering member questions about anything related to the contest, etc.

so am i gonna do anything like this sometime soon? should i have started thinking about what kinda contests already

just let me know and i'll get started or something...

i've already started with those ?s from the newbies but not on the contests...just stuff like sigs
