I Need Some Help With a Profile Pic

I can't get a pic to be accepted from my computer it always says stuff like itz not writable.  What am i doing wrong.  Plus what are the limitation for file formats and size literal and size as in bytes.

Please don't make a thread name in all capitals. What image is it again? You want to get it on your COMPUTER? Or you want to get it on like photobucket or imageshack?

Sorry i won't do that anymore.  But no its already on my computer.  I was trying to upload it for my profile pic for this site and i ahve encountered those problems.

If you put the direct link code into the box under profile and under forum profile information, called I have my own pic(make sure it's selected) and it should work
