I have a question

Not sure if this should go here, but whatever.  Okay, so this has been bothering me for quite a few weeks, but I just went with it, but now I want to go back and fix it, but it's still confusing.
Are the Arrancar and Espada the same thing?  I mean, I know they call what, Grimm the Sexta Espada and all that, but don't they also call them all Arrancar too?  Is Espada just a title for their numeros, or what?  This is really bothering me, so if anyone knows, feel free to share.  S'il tu plait.  Oh yeah; and if this sounds confusing, sorry; it's probably the blood talking.

Esapada are just the 10 strongest aarancars
#1 is the most powerful Aarancar in Aizens army
after that 11-99 are in birthing order
and arrancars the have triple didjet numbers are ex espada

OH.  See, I knew about the 1-10, and 1 being the strongest and all that, it just got confusing with all the talks about Espada and Arrancar, at the same time.  That clears it up though, thanks. And learning something new, too.
