Watched the whole thing today, definitely weird and I certainly can't say I followed all of it, especially to the extent that Wandering Mind explained it, but still a good anime. My take is that you don't really need to understand it to get into it. With an entire OST by the pillows it helped the style of the anime and sort of put me in a trance that made need need to see all of them in one day. Not to mention that I love Vespas and thought that the use of the guitars and basses as weaponry was awesome. I would suggest it.

i thought that the whole series was absolutely mental. still funny though. i liked the different styles of animation used

lololol lmao omg lol i loved FLCL because it was just so random and didnt make sense, which made it unique it was very short-lived though(about 6 eps)

anyone who watched FLCL would probably remember the image of that kid getting slammed on the head by a woman with a guitar riding a moped and that huge bump(or whatever it was) lol
