Dream Team Against Aizen & Espada

Wow, im really surprised no one (i think no one, tell me if i missed it) mentioned Capt commander on their team.

1 Ichigo - main driving force with powers limited only by himself.
2 Kenpachi - This dude is serious business as stated numerous times. Im just curious to see him fight with no eyepatch again
3 Urahara - Reeks of leetness. He has an heir about him that says he will not lose in a battle.
4 Cpt Commander - Wields a sword of fire and brimstone and can (im saying can because im sure he would have won that battle) overpower 2 dual zanpactu's
5 and 6 - Two of the strongest Vizards.

Now, go ahead and flame me, but before you do, let me ask this: Which captian not mentioned can kill a vizard? You can argue Byakuya, but the reason i left him off is because Ichigo not only stomped on his bankai but could have killed him twice before. He is not as strong as advertised and his arrogance is a liability. Maybe if i saw Isshin mentioned in talks more (or even Ishada's dad) mentioned more in terms of skill possession I may be convinced to let them into the party, but for now I think these 6 are the strongest.

Healing - I left off any healing because this is a fight. Not a basketball game where u can take time outs. If it really comes down to it, Im sure Inoue will just CTRL+Z and undo it if they lose.

Captian's, Vizard and Espada all fight at massive amount of power the real question is
what captin could not kill a Vizard? and
what Vizard could not kill a captin?

None. Here is why.

First, I will establish some strength rank. Byakuya is supposed to be the strongest captian (recall Bryia or whatever the Bunto's name was sought him out because he was rumored to be the strongest captain) but yet he is overwhelmed by Ichigo's hallow.

Ok, now the vizards fight with this power all of the time. Recall Icchy's second fight w/Grimmjaw. No, before I go there, recall the blonde Vizard coming to save Ichigo. Grimmjaw could do nothing to him. Now recall ichigo and grimm's second fight while ichigo was able to retain his form. Ichigo was literally toying with him in the same sense as when he put his blade to Byakuya's throat. The advantage was clear in this fight. Recall episode 163 when ichigo went into bankai and Uloq. nearly shit himself because his reaistu. Vizard's reiastu are clearly on the level of the espada but the captians are a step behind.

In the seacond fight Grimjow only had one arm, and was not an espada.(demoted)
 becuase this is in the anime section I can't bring up the up comeing fights but when the HM arc ends try and say Captains are a step behind the Vizard and Espada.

and Byakuya the strongest Captain? oh a bount said it, must be true.
but before his fight with Shunsui Kyōraku and Jūshirō Ukitake the Captian commander says they are the strongest after him.

He was demoted because of his disobience, not because of lack of skill. And I never said the bount said he was the strongest, I said he heard Byakuya was supposed to be the strongest, which is why he sought him out.

No he had his arm cut off because of his disobedence, and once Orihime restored his arm he killed his replacement Luppi to get his rank back, Espada rankings are all about strenght. thats why the Privaron Espada Dordonii whanted to fight Ichigo at his full strenght to prove his strenght
