This topic has nothing to do with Aizen. Again, Devious Demon Goddess, talking to a weapon isn't daft. Like I said, people talk to inanimate objects all the time, even in real life. What do you think screaming, "Start you piece of shit!" to your car is doing? Same idea. Zaraki, regardless of if his weapon is a zanpakuto or a regular sword, probably won't reach shikai or bankai, either because he can't because he doesn't have a zanpakuto, or he pissed it off if it is.
He does have a zanpaktou..watch the episode when zaraki took off the eyepatch and his reitsu went wild..Zangetsu held ichigo and said something about zarakis zanpaktou crying out..He has a zanpaktou but im guessing his reitsu is very huge that his own zanpaktou cant control it and take its form. Plus kenpachi disregard his sword and treated it like trash. The reason why he asked for the name of his zanpaktou was because of ichigo. It wasnt to add drama to the scene but adding that kenpachi wants to change his ways of fighting and fight along with his own zanpaktou. Kenpachi will soon reach atleast shikai. After seeing that scene when he asked for the name of the zanpaktou you know that kenpachi must be doing something about it and trying to make his zanpaktou awaken and become partners like they are suppose to.

I agree with you. I recall after his defeat that kenpachi wanted to get stronger, and get stronger with his sword. He did go into training, but since he has had no more fight scenes since (not counting the movie) who knows? im not saying he has a bankai or anything close, but im sure he has made headway.
Ok, so heres a new topic on Kenpachi that I hoped was discussed but wasnt. Or at least I didnt see discussed.
In his fight with Tousen, Ken was referred and asked if he was a demon due to his highly unique durability, ability to literally have a bullet/sword-proof chest, and his sincere bloodlust. Given his little history, do you think he is half demon?
