Ichigo is a Shinigami Substitute...but a vizard is just a mix of shinigami and hollow...which actually I think should make it so that they have both the benefits...but also both of the weaknesses...

Gin and Aizen's bankais would be nice to see at some point. Even the manga people don't know yet

And don't forget that there is a lot more than just 1-4 Espada left in Hueco Mundo. Only #10 and 6(maybe...they never showed him actually die  )

Hes not dead, but im pretty sure the storyline will have ichigo kill Amagai, or his katana may devour him if the fight gets too intense

I honesty dont think Gin and Tousen represent as much of a threat as the top 3 espada, but yea it'll be nice too see Gin's abilities

According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_bleach_episodes 189 is the end of this arc. I doesn't say what the next arc will be, but i assume they'll go back to the story.
