True but as we know Ichigo is able to summon hollow powers without the mask.  We have seen it many times.  He also uses his reitsu to keep himself from getting to hurt from falls and such.  I think if he used them he only used a portion of them and he has a lot fo control over his reitsu unlike Ichigo who is just spilling his out nonstop.

Aizen HAS to be a vizard . . . even before he left for HM!!!

Heres why:

He was able to stop Ichigo's and Komamaru's sword with his hands

erm he could catch Ichigos sword with only 1 finger because  Ichigo fought Byakuya 1 minute before with the rest of his powers
(Ichigo said by himself he puts everything  he has into the last attack)
Same with Komamura who fought against Zaraki earlier - and he got an open shot to Komamura (he used his Illusion to confuse him before he used his Spell)
Same with Renji who was outpowered and heavily wounded in the fight against Ichigo AND Byakuya!
And Hitsugaya got trapped by his illusion (and he just fought against Ichimaru where he wasted a lot of power too)...


So Aizen always was at 100% while he fought against his (mostly outpowered and exhausted) rivals . Please do not forget this very important fact!
He's a tactician genius who plays with his marionets...

Yeah I think the next level of Ichigo's Vizard mask would be the white bankai overcoat that hollow Ichigo wears plus the mask and not the Beast looking Hollow Ichigo.  That was Ichigo not in control of his hollow form. 

Not to mention that hollow Ichigo said he would be back at some point to teach Ichigo more about his power and he just has to wait until he comes back.  So yes like all hero vs villain story arcs the hero will find some new level or power that will make him at the very least equal with his opponent.

Many Shinigami has more "Styles/Special Atacks" they make with their Zanpaktous.
e.g.  Rukia with her 3 Dances..


Would be nice if Ichigo could fire a Getsuga Tensou when he swings his sword as 1st Special Attack (like usual) and a Ultimate Cero when he points with his sword towards an enemy (like Rukias Hakuren) as 2nd Special Attack (http://de.youtube.com/watch?v=x9l3zgBC-EM).
And as 3rd Special Ichigo stuck the Zanpaktou ino the ground and some Ceros/Getsuga Tenshou comming out where the Enemy stands (like Amagais GOUEN RYUUGA in the Filler Episodes) (http://de.youtube.com/watch?v=DIlymCsF2oM).
