I may be working either at a booth or as Security this year.

I'm actually curious if anyone in this forum lives down here or is planning to attend.

I'm West Coast so not doable for me. But the 2008 Anime Expo just happened out there. Sadly I was working both days. But I hear attendance was way up again. That was nice. Hope your's looks good too. I'm actually of an age to remember the regional Creation Conventions which typically lasted 4 days. Now those I couldn't miss.

mid west...there was an anime convention but it didnt really spark an interest to me...

I get free entrance if I do Security for a day. So I figure wth, A friday keepin HS kids and geeks in order should be a bit interesting.

Some weird sht went down last year, the 1st Con I've ever attended btw.

They locked the whole show down looking for some kid. very odd.
