First time was was one of the longer sessions
Started in the shower, moved to the bathroom floor, and then finally to the bed, around 4 hours, the biggest work out I had after quiting Track and Field. I was so tired but I could not even fall asleep after.

but things like safty, and consent. and other things that school speaker talks about. (although alot of school still teach abstanence only)

That's why it's good to cover everything with your partner before hand, so you know what you're dealing with. Alot require a gentle start--going right at it from the start with the wrong girl is a nice way to get kicked in the face.

Okay there is two different reasons to pratice safe-sex well safer-sex

one is to prevent unwanted babies the other is to protect from STD's (sexually transmitted diseases)
Their are alot of different choices for contraception, but not all froms of contraception protect against STD's

Only one is 100% for protection and that is ABSTINENCE
refraining from sexual acts (not fun but oh well)

The next best thing is to use, is  Barrier methods
Also called Condoms there come in many different varieties
Latex is the most common, and can protect again STD's
Polyurethane are more expensive and more likely to slip or break, but have a longer shelf life, contuct heat better and also protect agains STD's
Lambskin Condoms, contuct heat and transfur body heat and sensation,  but are less effective protetion agains STD's

Another choice is Chemical prtoectin like Spermicides, Lunelle ,or the pill, they do not protect against STDs

The worst thing to try is coitus interruptus(means interupted sex) also called pulling out. do not even try this. Another thing that does not work is douching. While it may seem like a sensible idea to try to wash the ejaculate out of the vagina. IT DOES NOT WORK

Most for of birth controll can be bought over the counter, if you are too embarassed alot of heath clinics give out free condoms and information packets.
