All i need now is photoshop

anybody can give me a link for photoshop cs 2 or 3 i dont want a trial version..shoot i also dont want to pay over 500 dollars for the program..any help? If i have to buy the program then that will be next next 4 years from now lol

I got adobe illustrator cs 2 but i dont know how to work it...if the illustrator is good enough then ill probably need a tut on how to work the basics and stuff
