All we know about Benihime is that her banki is not fit for training or leanding powers to people and that Hat an Clogs learned Banki using the three day meathod,  most likely it is killtastic, but it could be anything.

The offencive attacks are cero like, but not ceros he cancelled out Yammy's attacks by hittin them with attacks of equal power.

yeah its sing in one and scream in the other version. and he tells us that his bankai is ment for killing when renji is training sado cause renki asks why he can't train him and he say something along the line of ...blah blah balh not for training for killing or something alone the lines of that

to help clear up the kill thing it would seem that we got it wrong but i recon its safe to assume from that, that benihimes bankai form IS indeed only for killing if not then it would indeed suck

I have a new Idea about what his Banki could be that is not killtastic

All he say about his banki is that it is not for training people are lending strength to them. When he watch Hat an Clogs fight he does not overpower people, but cancels their power, and that could be what Berhime's true power could be, She could cancal the opponits power. WE also know he command word is sing(or scream) his banki could let out a horrible wale like say a banshee or sier and the enemy or however herd it would slowly get weaker, and because most banki's are big and flash it could mabye summon a women that does the singing or something I'm not sure I'll sleep on it and maybe explin it better tomoreow

WOW!!! thats an awsome idea i hadn't thought of that, i supode it makes sense you cant lend power to people if you sap it after all. the only bit im not sure about is the summoning of the women it doesnt really fit in with urarahara's style but wow

i think urahara will turn up just as its about to get really ugly like usual and only then to play with whoever it is and unfortunatly i dont think yoruichi will last that long in the war not get killed just put out of action pretty early on i dont know why its just a hunch that i have.
