I'd say Hueco Mundo more because Karakura was the target that was suppose to be destroyed. But then again, Karakura is where everyone has no advantage/disadvantage.
OO maybe if Ichigo and co fight in HM, and the 12 capts fight at Karakura.

All we know about Benihime is that her banki is not fit for training or leanding powers to people and that Hat an Clogs learned Banki using the three day meathod, most likely it is killtastic, but it could be anything.
The offencive attacks are cero like, but not ceros he cancelled out Yammy's attacks by hittin them with attacks of equal power.
