Curious about Tousen...

I was watching some old episodes and I realized how profoundly the Tousen character has changed. Compare Tousen in soul society (ep 53,62) to Tousen in Hueco Mundo (ep 122). He has a white sheath instead of a black one, his mask is slimmer, his scarf? looks diff, and he stole Kenpachis bells. Does this imply that Aizen has already used the Hougyoku on Tousen and maybe Gin? Any thoughts?

Personally i don't think it means anything other then that they creators wanted to portray them as being different.  Changed since going to soul society.  Anyways i think that the hougyoko only when releases forcibly removes the mask of the hollow it is directed towardz.

Yea Im probably reading into this too much, but truth often lies in the subtle details, like nels cracked mask, or ichigo flying out of the shattered shaft with robes and a mask. Just speculating though...

KCL, you're referring to fore-shadowing, those small details tell us something about the character is a mystery

Anyways, the changes in Tousen's appearance, probably does mean something, though Gin seems to have gone through no change at all

Well, we'll know for sure when the manga reveals it, as I'm not too sure about this myself.

I guess i can see it both wayz the little details do leave you in question of changes in the future.  Like the say the only good animes use foreshadowing to help keep the interest of the viewers.

 Even if they didnt foreshadow it, I would probably still think that if Aizen, Tousen, and Gin dont already have hollow powers, they probably will soon.
