General Appearance (eye color, hair color, hairstyle, etc): Scarlet Red spiky hair, basic shinigami uniform. His zanpaktou is slung across the back of his waste parrellel too the ground. His handle sticks out too the side of him. Like Matsumuto.

Strengths: A combat genious, and a very well practiced combat genious, like too the point of all fighting is reflex so his mind is free to think about how the enemy works and what this target is going to do so he can counter them. Knows how to fight using many different styles and how to fight against these many different styles.
Brief Summary of Character: Think Ikkaku Madarame when it comes too his love for fighting. But instead of over powering the enemy with strength or confuse them with blinding speed, Cyotis uses knowledge, skill, and practiced reflexes to defeat his opponent. He believes that the knowledge of combat, how to fight, and the practice of this knowledge until the point of reflex is much more powerful than strength, endurance, or agility training. Using precise, accurate, well timed, deadly attacks is what he prefers to use as apposed to massive swings and thousands of quick attacks (which Cyotis views them both as a waste of energy). Lets consider Ichigo and Ishida Uryū. Ichigo uses his massive strength and blinding speed to defeat his enemies. Ishida Uryū figures his opponents out then calculates how to defeat them. Cyotis is like Ishida Uryū in this way.
Weaknesses: He isnt even close too being a Kenpachi of strength or the Ichigo of speed. He can be over powered if he blocks or out ran in a speed contest.

Name: Hachuu (Reptile)
Activation Command: Hachi! Hachuu! (Hatch! Reptile!)
Abilities: It leaves behind acid in anything that it cuts. Therefor making the wound worse as the acid left in side it eats its way deeper. When in a lock up this Zanpaktou will secrete acid on to the other weapon causing it to be eatin up by acid. Reptile can also shoot acid from in between its blades. These shots could be constant streams or bursts. This acid will eat away at anything regardless, except the wielder of Reptile. BUT this acid is physical so it can easily be deflected by energy or other elements. Deluted with Water, blown away with wind if the gust is stronger than the stream of acid, when it comes in contact with fire it explodes and nutrilizes both the fire and acid, lightning does the same as fire, the acid melts ice then the water delutes the acid, acid eats earth and rock and metal, rietsu blasts, cero, and any other energy of the like plows right through the acid unaffected and the acid is dispursed. I would try to advise to use something that is disposeable and not to deflect with your zanpaktou since it will eat it.
Spirit Appearance: Just like reptile from mortal kombat. Just joking ! Think more like Lizardman from spiderman, but no clothes. With a row of spikes from his head down his back and tail ending in a sharp spike at the end of his tail. Spikes on his elbows and knees. And sharp claws.

So He takes his entire sword, sheath and all off his belt and says Hachi! Hachuu! After that the sheath explodes open because the blade has expanded. When he is ready for his sword to go dormant again, the blades comes back together and a new egg shell grows over the blade starting at the hand guard ending after the tip is covered. Then he can reattach it too his belt.

Name: Hachuu Okami (Reptile Emporer)
Abilities: It summons a Acid spiting Velociraptor of any size. This raptor is vicous, fast and stronge. It spits acid and will leave acid behind in anything it cuts with its claws, spikes or teeth like the zanpaktou does. The scales that cover the Raptor are inpenatrable. BUT its skin is like normal. So you have to get up under the scales to harm him.
Another technique of his bankai allows the weilder to lay as many eggs as he wants so he can have a flock of raptors at his command. This technique would be called Hitomure Hachuu Okami (Flock of Reptile Emporers)
Appearance: He turns his sword upside down then says Bankai. An egg falls from out of the handle, between the blades and then hits the ground. At that time it hatches instantly and from that point will grow in to any size velociraptor (from sky scraper size to human size). The size is usually the same size as the opponent but it can be any size that the wielder desires. Once this raptor has stopped growing it can not shrink or grow. This raptor has the same spike configuration as Reptile (the avatar of the zanpaktou).

How Did You Meet Your Zanpaktou: He found a this egg as a child. It eventually hatched and he kept the baby raptor as a pet. But when his parents found out they told him he had to let it go. When he went to let it go, it ran a little way ahead of him then turned around and grinned before bursting into a cloud of green vapor leaving behind this zanpaktou. While in deep meditation with his zanpaktou he had a vision. In this vision he was walking through this deep green fog and he could hear this voice whisper Hachi Hachuu the whole time until he awakened from this odd vision of which he never did find his way through the fog. Then he said it and sure enough Hachuu bursted out of his sheath that was still attached too his belt. From then on the always took his zanpatou off his belt before saying the command. And after much experierementation he has figured out that it will only be released (or hatched) if it is in its sheath (or egg).

Personality:Doesn't really take anything but combat seriously. He laughs at most things and is always trying too make jokes. When things get really bad he laughs at the impossible odds of these things happening. Mostly laid back when not training. BUT when it is training time, or fighting time it is very serious. No Jokes, Kill all or be killed mentality. People often wonder how he can go from extremes so quickly. He can change so quickly because the only thing he loves more than having a good relaxed funny time is the heat of combat. As much as he enjoys making folks have a good time, he loves a great near death fight even more. He lives for the next big challenge. And in combat he is actually quite the arrogant trash talker in order too fool with the opponents head, but only in combat.
Likes: FIGHTING, training and relaxing when it is time to do so
Dislikes: Hollows, and folks that are lazy when it is time to work
Background (please also give a reason why they have come into the storyline): He was a master Samurai that died of old age, never being defeated. Growing up in Rukongai was tough for Cyotis because Cyotis did in fact love to use his natural knowledge and abilities to fight so he often picked fights with the older kids whom were only a challenge due to their size. When he was 14 he went to shinigami academy and was quickly recognized for his natural abilities and his extreme desire learn and master what he learned through repeated training. He is just the newest member of the 11 squad lookin to rank up and get in to the action.
