the opening was quite interesting... 2 down, 2 to go.
Hisagi's Shikai looks interesting. Anyone think he has attained Bankai?

I do not think he will have banki and I hope he does not have it either
Banki is special... like a lightsaber.

this was a nice chapter, full of action unlike chatting with Yumichika and Cool horn lol.
We finally saw Hisagi's shikai! It was predicted by most people anyways, but it's cool and let's see what kind of potential it has. Can't wait to see more action next week.
Hisagi might know bankai, he's a vice capt so he's high ranked enough maybe. However, we just saw his shikai so I don't expect a sudden bankai, it would just make the shikai look less special. And it would be odd to have shikai and bankai together at once as first time.

And I don't think that he will NEED to pull out a bankai to be this sucker.

kyouraku has 2 separate swords, while ukitake has 2 swords, but they're connected.
So Hisagi is a mix of ukitake and nnoitora.

Loved it. Although it did read like a transition chap from one fight to the next it was well executed (no pun intended ). I've gotten several emails or comments at various places with people surprised by the similarities of that concept picture I did. LOL It's amusing. Hisagi is one of my top 5 fav Bleach characters... I am with others who hope he gets some decent "screen" time here. I'd love to see him further developed. I'm very excited about the next chapter.

Hisagi has 2 swords connected by a chain. I would say his very similar to nnoirota's: http://www.onemanga.com/Bleach/324/19/

yes that's what I said, but they're not huge chains like Nnoitora's. Hence much like Ukitake's but with small chains.
Idk how he can control both sides of the zanpakutou. Because if he throws both blades, how will he handle it...by the chains? It would be weird considering the throw strength he might have difficulty with.
