well i think that he is trying to be factual and literal about everything...inoue keeps talking about her heart and uli wants to SEE it. and SEE whats so special about it.

he wants to SEE how it is conneceted to her friend's heart's etc.

Yeah maybe that's right, because he doesn't know about emotions or things like that that are related to human hearts. But just maybe, maybe he will get a slight clue about it and as I predicted earlier, maybe that will happen...

well u have to remember, when hollows turn into arrancar they get back a lot of their human minds and emotions...

uli doesnt have as much as others for some reason so he might change

exactly, that's why he longs to see the heart. Also, it might be his life history that made him forget about emotions, etc.
