As the end of the opening credits of episode 185 says...

This episode is rated G - for "God damn, it's still not over?"

What we know is over is the battle between Kira and Kifune. (I'm glad that did drag that out any longer). Just when it looks like Ichigo is going to have find Lurichio on his own Commander Yamamoto made his announcement. Frankly it surprised me since I get the impression he is often too stubborn to listen to reason. While it looks like things are wrapping up as far as storylines go there are still a couple of mysteries like what is Yoruichi up to, and what did she tell Soifon and Ukitake (and how is that going to fit into the next few episodes). While Kumoi's ultimate goal may be to take over the Lurichio's dynasty the Yoruichi thing makes me think it could be something more ambitious (more like Aizen's goals).

Anyone else think Yamamoto looked like Gin with his squinting in this episode? Since we don't know much about Gin there is a remote chance they could reveal that he's related to Yamamoto down the road.

it looks like the next episode will be about kumoi coming out and showing his true power. he will probably use the bakkotou to try to defeat ichigo and all the other stuff...

since the fights with hitsu and matsumoto and amagai and rukia probably ended

yeah its prolly over since Cpt Commander gave an order to em all they prolly stoped...

We've seen a good many fights but only the one with Kira and Kifune went all the way through. How stong do you think that old evil dude is? I  bet his bakouda or w/e is going to be wicked.

in the preview i saw him pick up the one with the  mirror that Ichigo went against with the assassin...

Poor Captain commander he gets a bad rap.  I mean he all he tries to do is look out for as many people as he can by following the laws that keep everything in order    . 

I mean he does under estimate Ichigo's insane power to do the impossible every time     but he just comes off as cold, like Byakuya.  Cause Byakuya  cares more than he lets on 

Yeah but I hope this filler only lasts till next episode,  they have to save Rurichiyo, reveal the Kasumiōji family secret (remember when when hat and sandals was talking about not being able to get certain spirit particles when Rurichiyo came to the real world, and why Yamamoto won't bother them) and all the other lose ends... Grrr.... oh well

and then theyre probably gonna have maybe a whole new episode to explain how ichigo and co. get back into SS and back into the normal story.

good point...but i mean they did make some kind of arguement. they said that they grabbed inoue and ran and aizen let them go for some ridiculous reason.

making it so that uli has her again would be more of a challenge

if i understand it right, you 2 are talking about the transition from main-storyline hollowland to filler-realworld&ss.
if that's so you fail to notice the shamelessness of the fillers.
the fillers play at a whole different time than the main storyline(somehow with sado without his 2nd super-arm, but uryu with his new bow, small plot error)
there's no need to explain how they got back into the hollow's land since they didn't leave yet.
if you look back, in the 1st filler ep the storyteller guy says how they "will now show a different story"

when the fillers end we will jump straight back into the arrancar castle where ichigo and co are busy fighting off the high ranked arrancar to save inoue.
if not, the people working on bleach are really stupid.

watch to the very end. u get a special funness of seeing grimmjow get shot down too

so yea. they try a feeble attempt at explaining it in the shinigami golden ending thing.

and chad used his second arm...in that fight with the assasin with the bakkotou that makes rocks...he finishes him off with his new arm and the assasin says "That's so cheap. Saving your real power for last"
