Meh, I thought that the episode was alright, and as for me I don't usually despise fillers or anything cause they can be pretty entertaining. I even liked the new opening and how it seems to be at least a little focused on the char's lives in the real world which I always kinda liked.
What did annoy me though, was the narrator at the beginning who was like "They rescued Orihime and got back"...what? What about all the other espada that were standing around and stuff watching, isnt it their job to stop them?! The transition was clearly not pulled off well but whatever. We shall see, eh?

That line creates a huge gap adn I'm wondering how they will patch that in the Anime. Cause things get realy good just after the Ichigo/ Grimmjow fight.

personally i don't like fillers at all but at times they can be good, and i can see y they would start filling 1.the whole Los Noches arc has been going on for awhile(about 60 episodes?  ) 2.actually i think that was it lol  the fillers are only 20-25 episodes long with 1 or 2 extra weeks so ill give it 21 weeks at best |

well in the manga, there was no good ending point in sight, so they had to go away for fillers after the big grimmjow ichigo fight. and if they went to the fillers like that, when the fillers end i have a good feeling that they will just do something stupid to make them go back. |

and thats why I think it will all be an illution or a dream or somethin along those lines. The filler ends when they find out none of it happened and lets get back to fighting for our lives.
Also the fact that none of the captin know who tessted the Drunk, huge warning lights to something vile this way comes

well ur reading the manga...u know there's no other place for them to put the fillers since they r catching up waaay to fast... at least they didnt catch up  |

Atleast this Arc can be tied into the Manga/ Main storyline I think.
Do we want an animated facsimile of the Manga or an Independent Anime?

well the anime is taking a break from the main story line just b/c it is getting too close to the manga...
so these fillers have no relevance to anything...they just made up new captains so that they would have something to make episodes about..
