Since no one has made one yet, I'll start to discuss the 08 Olympics that started on 8-8-08. I watched the ceremony live at 7am Central, and it was simply amazing. One of the best ceremonies in Olympic History, it must be. I'll add some more opinion, etc when I get back because I g2g now.

Was anyone mad that NBC didn't air it live? I just watched the ceremony in the morning online. That was one of the best opening ceremonies surely.

Yeah, USA dominated against China in bball. I like USA, China, and Argentina coz they got great NBA players lol.

So name the country/countries you're going for. GO PHILIPPINES and USA! Yup, I was born in the Philippines.

US beat France for the Mens 400M Freestyle Relay last night in a .8 second decision..

US, France, Australia, Italy all broke the world record in that race

Yeah the sweep in fencing, that was cool.

I liked that 400M where US won by a fingertip lol. Very nice and close.

Phelps keep dominating on swimming, he's tied for most gold in an olympics or something. He's really fast.

too tiring? He can compete like two times a day, everyday. But he's just crazy, even if he wasn't in first he'd go really fast and suddenly he's all the way up front...

yea he said that it was too tiring...

i mean i swim the 200 IM and it is SOOOO tiring...and it takes a lot of thinking. u have to measure how much energy u can spend on the fly, otherwise u'll be dead for the rest since the fly is so tiring...and u cant just sprint all out the whole thing since a 200 is just too much for that...think of that but TWO TIMES as long  (:o

200m is a long swim, its endurance when ur speed counts alot.

The American girl almost lost the backstroke cause she died out at the end.
