Custom Titles... are given to anyone who deserves them... for example, this board has someone whos completely random, we name him King of Random or something like that...

But titles are given to anyone who REALLY deserves them, so you cant just go ask...

I think it's given out to only mods... but then again everyone has their own values making only being a mod meaningless. Yes 3 titles is what Aizen has... and i'm like, "wtf?".
