I very much doubt it, thanks to our Secound Amendment (I think...) we pretty much have the ability to own whatever weapon we choose, as long as the proper paperwork is filled out and all the t/i's are taken care of everything should be fine.

Best people to ask would be a postal worker and a knife and tool salesman, they together would answer all of your questions correctly.

On that note, does anyone know where I could find Zangetsu replica, full size, not made of wood rather metal at?

Right on! Thanks.

Too bad you can't have a sword though, maybe if you don't mention that it's gonna be your brother's demise you might be able to attain it, dunno.

Anyhow, thanks again.

That's just cold.  Undecided

At least make sure it's sharp, everyone'll think you're some kind of jerk if you murdered your bro wit a spatula.  Grin

But spatulas aren't illegal. Unless inserted into body, then, like any foreign metal object not being wielded by a "Doctor" is illegal.

LMAO, couldn't help myself. Tongue Cheesy

i currently own two bleach swords, there just part of my bigger collections. as of right now i currently own 34 swords and daggers, and a few alittle other artifacts that dont fit into those categories. i lived in NY and the law were so strict. if a knife or dagger is over 6 inches it's illegal. double egded weapons are illegal. and type of hiden form weapon, like a cane sword is illegal. and any type of spring action blade is illegal. i had a friend who was a state trooper, he helped me get around some of the laws, in one way if a sword is displayed in a wooden case with a glass from is ok, but every side hasto be nailed or screwed in. no part ofthe case could just be popped of by hand. NY also has very strict laws on shipping into the state. Now i live in texas, the laws arnt to strict, certain size ones are illegal and some arnt.
