Since Kifune is a bad guy, I think Amagai will return to whatever he was before (in charge of a group I forgot) so he can organize it better to prevent any occurrence of evil people in his group.

well like in the bounto, they all died except that one guy...but he lost his doll so he had no more bounto powers.and in the movie and OVA, they get rid of all the new characters by the end in 1 way or another...
