I don't think aizen has hollow powers, but he might since he lives in the hollow world and that can give him power like chad¿

Personally I think he's stronger than old Yamma. He says he's reached a shinigami's limit so he should be able to own all of the shinigami's. I have a strange idea he hasn't became one yet, because I think he's waiting till he makes the key and opens the gate.
