i dont see why they would hate aizen, i mean wernt they all previous shinigami. this we are starting to find out with the new manga chapters. the only reason i can think of is they dont want to be ruled by him. as far as the same goals not really for sure. only thing i can think of they hate SS for some reason or find it unfair for any reason.

Hey Everyone, I believe the ranks are suppose to be. For the Primera, Tercero and Decimo, I don't know their full names yet.
Stark - Primera Espada
Barragan Luisenbarn - Segundo Espada
Halibel - Tercero Espada
Ulquiorra Schiffer - Cuatro Espada
Nnoitra Jiruga - Quinto Espada
Grimmjow Jeagerjaques - Sexta Espada
Zommari Leroux - Septima Espada
Szayel Aporro Grantz - Octava Espada
Aaroniero Arurueri - Noveno Espada
Yammy - Decimo Espada
This are from No.1 to the No.10 and specific rank name they are addressed as. I got to know these from the Bleach Manga Chapter 339 where Stark and Halibel showed their No.'s.
