3DS Max and Flash

Hey guys, I'm just wondering if you know where I can get one these programs. I know 3DS Max a bit, but I dont have it on my PC. As far as Flash goes, I've never used it, but I'd like to learn it at least a little. Thanks for any help you can give me  !^_^!
