I would not classify Kendo as nothing special. Considering Kenpachi's power, we can see some very intresting fights. If you noticed not many people use Kendo or even have the physical requirements to use it well. (Byakuya uses it in his final form.)

I hope Ulquoirra is going to fight or at least reappear in the next chapter, cant wait to see who he fights.

I know.. delayed opinion this week. I've been offline. So here are my thoughts... I liked this one. Even though I think we were all well aware Zaraki was gonna win I do think there was a moment he was not only a bit surprised and worried with Notorias onslaught but he actually had to work for it.

Personally I think he always kinda threw that fight with Ichigo. I think they fought just long enough for Zaraki to know if he let that kid live and grow in strength he might actually give him a good fight someday. Oddly I think he took Ichigo to his personal limit at that time like a mentor. Just my take that and seeing how he treated him after, always trying to chase him down for a "rematch".

Anyway I believe that even more now that I've seen him go up against Notoria. I also liked seeing that touch of the past. While I loved seeing Notoria beat that flashback left me thinking Nell maybe hasn't always been the cupcake she is now. Knowing how much being powerful means to the Espada her snide comments like calling him weak so calmly and childish kinda helped make Notoria into what he became.
