10th Squad Captain **Spoiler??**

Go to the recent episode on the home page of Video Bleach. Watch very closely at 0:35 - 0:38.

Has Ichigo been asked to be the new 10th Squad Captain since Hitsugaya has betrayed them? (The intro is based from Bleach:DDR coming out the 22nd.)

Maybe Renji has? Or possibly Rukia? But has she obtained Bankai?

Maybe Ichigo discovered his very own father's old captain robe?

Those 3 seconds have opened up many many questions for me.

Zinos, I have to agree with you. Being a bit Hitsugaya fan myself, I was watching the opening very very closely and saw the same thing. I think it would rock if Ichigo took over 10th Captain role, but first, let me throw a few things out there. (this is for you too Hitsu):

1. The storyline of Bleach:DDR is that Hitsugaya is sent on a mission to recover something or gather intel (this is just a general glazing of the story, too lazy to go look it back up so I dont remember everything lol) or something along those lines. Well during his mission, the always quick-to-jump-to-conclusions-geezer-1st Captain assumes that Hitsugaya has betrayed and sends out some assassins....Ichigo and Co. say "Oh hell to the no, he hasnt betrayed" and convince the other Captains to let him make sure or some such.

2. If you watch the opening song and vid (thats for you Wraith, its not an episode we're talking about, but the first 1:15 or so where the opening is on every episode) you see Ichigo and Hitsugaya are fighting....because Toushiro doesnt want his cover blown, he's gotta fight his friends. Well sadly I think this convinces Ichigo and Co. that he's betrayed so he assumes role of Captain (keep in mind these are my personal thoughts, no spoilers hehe) for whatever reason.

Either way, Diamond Dust Rebellion is going to have some twists, great action sequences and going to be one helluva movie. I cant wait ^_^


Edit: Oh yeah, btw I dont think he's found his fathers old captain uniform...by watching that small clip around 00:35-00:38 it looks like Renji handed it to him ^_^

hehe well I have a small confession to make....I actually read the story-line and plot somewhere on the web =P I was just putting that + what I was able to make sense of in the intro and putting them together. Wish I remembered where I read the entire plot from, I'd link it for ya ^_^


Oh yeah, I cant imagine that Bleach is going to end just cause Aizen dies...remember, we were already quite a ways into Bleach before he betrayed. I'm sure the creators will find another juicy arc to go down once the Aizen arc is played out. (they're too big right now to give up on the show, making way too much money lol that would be like Google saying "Ok, we hit 1 million searches, lets close down the software now and never bring it back up" hahaha yeah, hell will freeze over first. As soon as the guys who made Bleach stop making money [ie. fan base goes away] they'll end Bleach, until then though, I think it'll go on for a long time)

There really isn't too many ways you can't take that part of the intro into context like Sanosuke and I. No, the intro wouldn't directly spoil it for you. Yes, it will make you wonder and come up with your own theories. And most of all, adding those teasers in the intro simply just makes the fans want to watch their product that much more.
