I would suggest setting you character slightly off center. Divide your panel into third and set you center peice to the left or right.

o yea and another thing i just noticed is that the focal points seem to be in 2 places for me...

the contrast of color for the txt and the background draw my attention but so does the brightness and colors on the other side...i feel like my eyes will go both ways...
