Okiayu has rich, noble tone of voice and he has been known to play such characters as Treize Khushrenada from Gundam Wing, Mitsui Hisashi from Slam Dunk, Meisuke Nueno from Jigoku Sensei Nube, Kunimitsu Tezuka from The Prince of Tennis, Scar from Fullmetal Alchemist, Zero from Mega Man X, and Dark Mousy from D.N.Angel.
