   there is. If you look back when Ichigo fought against Byakuya the first time, Byakuya used his Senbonzakura the first time, then used his bankai which added Kagyoshi, after that he told Ichigo he had mastered his bankai and achieved a stage past that, then he did the 100 sword death thing and got his ass kicked by Ichigo.

   Ok, understand this Byakuya slowed down his “sebonzwaa” and took one sword and stabed Ichigo, this was not a different level over banki, but rather a slowed down banki.

   also, after the limit release they were able to defeat th Arrancar, so I must as, why are they so weak while in Soul Society, they have no limit there, so why???????????? 80% would seems to put there powers over the top, because it’s if theer 100% most of the time is like there 20% in this ep.

   Lastly ichigo dad said if they didn’t have resriction on there powers, the there Zunpakuto would be the size of SkyScrappers, and thats not even in a release form.

   no ichigos dad also said captain class shinigami hold power over there own zanpakutou and control the size which makes the swords small

   Byakuya has mastered his bankai. He can change its size speed and anything else about it at will.
   They aren’t weak in soul society. Lets look at there fights, Hitsugaya fought ichimaru gin and almost killed him and would if he didn’t threaten hinamaru, and then he fought aizen, who he had no chance against anyway.
   I don’t know any fights Rangiku had in soul society so lets move on too renji.
   He fought Ichigo, but even though he lost he still put up the best fight anybody has without defeating him. And notice how he never used a Bankai on Ichigo, meaning he didn’t have it at that time, meaning he acheived his true bankai in the same amount of time ichigo did which makes him pretty strong. His other fight in soul society (which i can remember) was against Byakuya. Fair enough, he lost, but how many people can honestly say they’ve fought against byakuya and actually made him move around, made him pull out his shikai, so i don’t see any justification too you saying they’re still as weak in S.S as they are in the real world.

    he only slowed down his bankai because he told ichigo he would let him see it at most power, not kill him with it.

    No, to be correct Renji have achived Bankai before Ichigo but he only wanted to first use it against Kuchiki.Also Byakuya could easily torn apart Ichigo by sending all those pink swords against him.But Byakuya wanted to kill him with HIS sword thats why Bleach still has Ichigo as main character.

    You know I can only imagine the power that Ikakku would’ve had if he had the limit release before or during the fight with the arrancar guy… that would’ve been no contest…

    Yeah, Ichigo does get his butt kicked often, but he still hasn’t learned how to totally control his power. Imagine when he finally gets total control of it. If he kicked Byakuya as a newbie bankai user, he’ll be able to kick anyone’s butt.
