Ikkaku’s story lends itself perfectly to expanding on his connection to Zaraki Kenpachi. Zaraki Kenpachi is the quintessential example of the miyamoto musashi archetype and should not be overlooked… If there is a better example of this personae it would be hard to prove. However, Kurosaki Ichigo is on a similar path , but his age and experience do not lend themselves towad this level of being at this time of the narrative.
